I was amazed how quickly the support I received was provided. It quickly became clear to me, due to the careful approach taken, that I was in comfortable space. I give out advice and guidance regularly but I rarely am offered any and I wasn't sure if I would be able to accept and act on it. Judith was wonderful, she had time for me and I really felt she was looking out for me and my needs. I felt stronger almost immediately just knowing she was there for me. Thank you so much for the help. Judith is worth her weight in gold!

As a group all the participants contributed a lot of the experiences in their wives- and we all slapped our views.

I think as it is a charity run organization all the staff within A&E well dedicated and give their best to enhance our lives.

I have found the staff and participants friendly and helpful. I have also found the course to be informative but not in a degmatic way!

I think the course was organised very well and thoughtfully.
I appreciate being included even though. My breathlessness probably is of a different nature.
